The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has announced the third phase of its Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Standardization Process. This phase involves evaluating 7 third-round finalists and 8 alternate candidates for potential standardization.
To gather feedback and insights, NIST is organizing a third NIST PQC Standardization Conference in June 2021. Each submission team representing the 15 finalists and alternates will have the opportunity to provide a brief update on their respective algorithms. For any inquiries related to the conference, interested parties can contact pqc2021@nist.gov.
