Marcelo Davanco is a project leader at NIST focusing on integrated photonic interfaces for single solid-state quantum light emitters. His research aims to develop quantum information science and technology applications using these interfaces.
Davanco has extensive experience in the design, fabrication, and characterization of integrated photonic devices, including photonic crystals, metamaterials, nonlinear optics, and quantum light emitters. He has published over 60 journal papers and two book chapters, and holds two patents.
