Dr. Sujitra Pookpanratana is a researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) focusing on advanced electronics and quantum materials. Her work involves studying the electronic properties of wide bandgap semiconductors, developing hybrid bonding mechanisms for photonic devices, and advancing photoemission electron microscopy (PEEM) techniques.
Pookpanratana has been involved with the AVS Mid-Atlantic chapter since 2016, serving as chair from 2020-2021. Her research spans various areas including molecular organic semiconductors, III-nitrides, and photovoltaics.
