Cryptographic Module Validation Program-Approved Security Functions and Methods: Publications Revised to Move Lists Online | NIST

NIST has revised two publications in its SP 800-140x series, which support the Cryptographic Module Validation Program (CMVP) and FIPS 140-3 security standards. The revisions move previously listed approved security functions to new CMVP webpages for SP 800-140C and SP 800-140D. This change allows the CMVP to update the lists more quickly as new security function publications are released or withdrawn. The updated lists now include five additional approved security function publications.
