NIST is hosting a specialized workshop focused on the optical metrology needs for extreme pulsed lasers, such as those with very high peak power or pulse energy. The event brings together experts from around the world in industry, academia, and government to discuss challenges and opportunities in this field. The event is limited to 30-50 participants and will take place on a single day from 8:00am to 5:30pm Mountain Time. Registration is open until July 15, 2025, with a fee of $80 that covers refreshments and meals.
