The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking partners from both the public and private sectors to collaborate on its “NIST on a Chip” program. This initiative aims to develop and commercialize innovative technologies, with a focus on quantum-based devices that will serve as building blocks for products in the emerging quantum economy.
NIST is actively seeking industry partners to help turn its innovations into marketable products. The program is also involved in the Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C), which provides a platform for public-private collaboration. Interested parties can contact NIST researchers Barbara Goldstein and Jay Hendricks for more information or to explore potential partnerships.
