Speakers highlighted that future 6G systems must achieve Terabit capacities and sub-millisecond latency while significantly improving energy efficiency and adhering to strict electromagnetic safety limits. The event underscored the European Partnership on Smart Networks and Services as a key driver for developing a user-centric Next-Generation Internet that addresses sustainability goals and extends beyond traditional mobile operators to include microelectronics and cybersecurity. With 522 attendees and strong industry sponsorship, the conference reinforced the collaborative efforts required to ensure the competitiveness and trustworthiness of future digital infrastructure by 2030.
