The September 19, 2025 workshop organized by NetworldEurope and CCSA will convene industry leaders to discuss the evolution of Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) and their integration with 5G and future 6G systems. Key technical topics include standardization efforts within 3GPP and ITU-R, satellite integration challenges, and the development of unified roadmaps for space-terrestrial connectivity. Speakers from major organizations such as Huawei, Airbus, Thales, and various research institutes will address critical areas like MIMO-OFDM prototypes, resource scheduling for LEO constellations, and the definition of IMT-2030 air interface standards. The event aims to align manufacturers, operators, and researchers on next-generation NTN technologies and their deployment in smart mobility and IoT applications.
