Call for Papers for the First International Workshop on Software Defined Space Infrastructures SDSI2026, part of IEEE NetSoft 2026 Berlin – SNS JU

The First International Workshop on Software Defined Space Infrastructures (SDSI2026) invites research and industry papers addressing the softwarization of satellite constellations for future 6G non-terrestrial networks. Key topics include transposing terrestrial software solutions to space, AI and machine learning applications, routing in large constellations, and the design of network functions for constrained orbital resources. The workshop aims to facilitate dialogue on middleware, digital payload repurposing, and multi-access edge computing within space environments. Submissions are due by March 30, 2026, with the event scheduled for the afternoon of June 29, 2026, in Berlin as part of IEEE NetSoft 2026.
