ETSI CTO member of jury for International Critical Communications Awards – ETSI

The International TETRA Awards were rebranded as the International Critical Communications Awards to reflect the industry’s transition toward 5G and next-generation broadband networks. ETSI, a founding member of 3GPP, continues to develop standards for mission-critical public safety communications across its technical committees. Adrian Scrase, ETSI CTO, served on the jury and presented the Excellence in radio sites and services category during the ceremony. The rebranding anticipates a future where diverse technologies work together, aligning the critical communications sector more closely with the wider broadband industry.
