First ETSI NFV API conformance test event in remote mode – ETSI

The recent NFV API Plugtest in Sophia Antipolis engaged the entire ecosystem, including suppliers, operators, and open source projects like ETSI OSM and OpenStack, to validate the upcoming ETSI NFV TST010 API Conformance Test Specification. Participants tested 12 Function Under Tests and 15 API servers, achieving an 83.6% overall success rate while assessing compliance with ETSI NFV-SOL002, NFV-SOL003, and NFV-SOL005 specifications. The event provided critical feedback on the Robot test suite and OpenAPI definitions before their publication, facilitating significant progress in NFV standard implementation. The next face-to-face NFV Plugtests are scheduled for June 3-7 at ETSI facilities to further assess interoperability and validate NFV and MEC solution implementations.
