Millog and the University of Oulu’s 6G Test Centre Launch Cooperation to Promote Dual-Use Technology Development

Millog and the University of Oulu’s 6G Test Centre have signed a cooperation agreement to establish Europe’s most advanced testing ecosystem for dual-use technologies, bridging civilian research with defence field requirements. This partnership grants users access to Millog’s Riihimäki facility and the 6G Test Centre’s unique 330 GHz RF capabilities, enabling end-to-end validation from laboratory to operational environments. Together, they deliver a DIANA-level TEVV framework that accelerates the development of 6G antennas, radios, and integrated circuits for both civilian and NATO-aligned defence applications. The collaboration aims to streamline the deployment of new solutions across allied defence systems in line with NATO’s Rapid Adoption Action Plan principles.
