ETSI 2026 Fellows Unveiled at General Assembly Dinner – ETSI

The ETSI Fellowship Award ceremony on March 24 honored Keith Dickerson, Kevin Holley, and Michael Pluke for their decades-long contributions to global telecommunications standardization. Keith Dickerson, a retired strategy manager, served nearly 33 years in ETSI bodies and led the Green Agenda initiative, while Kevin Holley, a BT industry standards director, played a pivotal role in developing GSM SMS standards and introducing electronic meetings to 3GPP. Michael Pluke, a retired consultant, dedicated his career to human factors and accessibility, notably leading the development of the EN 301 549 standard to support the European Accessibility Act. These three distinguished Fellows have been added to the ETSI Wall of Fame, recognizing their lasting impact on the organization and the broader standardization community.
