ETSI Experiential Networked Intelligence group elects leaders during kick off meeting – ETSI

The ETSI Industry Specification Group on Experiential Networked Intelligence (ENI) was launched with Dr. Raymond Forbes elected as chairman to define AI-based context-aware systems using the observe-orient-decide-act model. The group aims to improve network deployment and operations by shifting complexity from hardware to software management through technologies like SDN, NFV, and network slicing. Ten initial member organizations have agreed to a schedule for collecting use cases and analyzing requirements over the next eight months. ENI plans to collaborate with major standards bodies including 3GPP, IETF, and ETSI NFV to address future network challenges.
