The ETSI STQ Workshop highlighted the critical shift from human-to-human communication to complex machine-to-machine interactions, which demands advanced filtering of large data sets to balance commercial benefits with personal privacy. To address these challenges, the group aims to develop standards that define how to capture and model the increasingly complex properties of modern systems. These standards will enable stakeholders to infer system behaviors and ultimately deliver high Quality of Service and Quality of Experience for end users. The workshop successfully fostered collaboration among experts to maintain the group’s credibility and produce world-class ETSI standards.
