The 6G Test Centre, operated by the University of Oulu and VTT as part of the NATO DIANA network, has launched an official website to showcase its specialized infrastructure for developing dual-use 6G technologies. The facility features comprehensive test networks and laboratories dedicated to AI-RAN, O-RAN, and space research, with a strong emphasis on cyber security and network resilience for both civilian and defense applications. To enable rigorous evaluation under extreme conditions, the center utilizes real-world test sites including OuluZone, the Callio mining network, and the Sodankylä Geophysical Observatory. Research Director Hannu Nikurautio will present these capabilities at the Finland Pavilion during Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona.
